We specialize in manufacturing copper rod products that comply with international standards such as Chinese National Standard (GB/T), American Standard (ASTM B16), and European Standard (EN 12164). Our range includes high-performance alloy materials such as T2 red copper rods, H62/H59 brass rods, QSn6.5-0.1 tin bronze rods, and BFe10-1-1 cupronickel rods. Our products support customization in various diameter specifications and lengths and are available in multiple heat treatment states such as soft (M), half-hard (Y2), and hard (Y). Surface treatments include polishing, pickling, or passivation. Through precision extrusion and drawing process control, our copper rods exhibit excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for industrial applications such as electrical connectors, mechanical bushings, marine fittings, and high-pressure valves.


Our production line is equipped with heavy-duty extrusion presses and multi-die continuous drawing machines, utilizing induction heating and controlled atmosphere annealing systems. Online diameter measurement instruments and eddy current testing devices enable full-process quality monitoring. The production line integrates spectrometers, metallographic testing equipment, and mechanical property testing systems to ensure that key indicators such as grain size, conductivity, and tensile strength comply with industry standards such as MIL-C-15726 and DIN 17672. The production system is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and supports the provision of material certification reports (CE/ROHS) and heat treatment process curve documents in accordance with customer technical specifications.
