We provide pipes in various diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths, with options for cutting, beveling, threading, polishing, and hydrostatic testing. Full material certification compliant with ASTM A312, EN 10216-5, JIS G3459, and related standards is included to ensure quality and traceability.


Our stainless steel pipes, crafted from premium grades like 304, 316L, 321, and 2205 duplex, deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and structural integrity. Available via two core manufacturing processes: Seamless (SMLS) pipes (hot-rolled/cold-drawn from solid billets) for high-pressure scenarios like oil/gas pipelines and boilers; and Welded (ERW/TIG) pipes (formed from steel strips then welded) for cost-efficient, medium-pressure applications such as water supply, HVAC, and food processing. Offered in standard diameters with surface finishes (polished, pickled, brushed), each batch comes with MTC, complying with ASTM, ASME, and DIN standards.


Production starts with high-purity stainless steel billets (for seamless) or strips (for welded). Seamless pipes undergo heating, piercing to form hollow shells, then multi-pass rolling/drawing for dimensional accuracy. Welded pipes go through strip uncoiling, forming into tubes, and ERW/TIG welding (with post-weld annealing to eliminate stress). Both lines feature online thickness/diameter monitoring and non-destructive testing (NDT). Full digital control ensures every pipe meets strict standards for performance and consistency.
